| Description: | Basically, we want a clone of this:
www.lonelyplanet.com/worldguide/destinations/europe ("Explore" in blue horizontal bar) Our site is enormous. The three levels are: Region -> Country -> Report We cover 8 regions, 131 countries and each country has 12 reports. The menu should be limited to a max height of about 250px and use similar scroll bars to that of the lonelyplanet. We've already had several attempts at it, nothing quite satisfactory. The end solution must be css based so we can change it up as needed, crossbrowser compatible and easy to implement into existing code.
